They won't go past Denver from Western Washington - the block (wife's actually) is cast date 10/26/13, Bill. If you can locate a shipper, I can get it to Fife or Tacoma, WA.

I just shipped some KRW combination machine parts to Utah - O.K. but they would not take the top base of it to Gene French in Colorado ?????

Re: WTB 1914 Block, Bill Everett
I have a 14 engine casting date is 11/6/14 it appears to be a replacement block Bill as there’s no engine number present, which is a good thing if you want to stamp your own number. Still has valves, cam, crankshaft, also has the transmission and for the best part I’m in Tennessee too.
About 30 miles north of Chattanooga, mile and a half from I-75.

That casting date makes your an early 1915.

Re: WTB 1914 Block, Bill Everett
Not so fast Steve. Wayne Shelton stated on a few occasions here that the model transition between 1914 and 1915 lasted for many months. I believe him. He claimed to have seen era photos of Ts with a cowl and magneto lights but sporting 1914 style rear fenders. Also carbide headlamps with a 1915 windshield and curved rear fenders. Although 11 6 14 is not what the OP requested, I believe it could stand scrutiny as a bonafide 1914 engine.

George, I 110% agree with Steve, it’s a 1915 engine.

Re: WTB 1914 Block, Bill Everett
I picked this engine up on a whelm while buying another T and never really looked at close so if it’s indeed a early 1915 that’s something I’ll keep, I have a early 1915 roadster, it has 4 rivet front fenders, fork mount mag bulb headlights someone else pointed out it’s a 5 panel body so with that said I may just tear it down and clean it up and keep with my T …. Thanks Guys for all your input I really appreciate it .
Thanks, Steve.
Thanks, Steve.

Hello Bill:
I'm selling a 1914 engine elsewhere in the Classifieds. A new Scat crank and Stipe cam are also available if you or anybody else is interested.
Respectfully submitted,

Re: WTB 1914 Block, Bill Everett
Believe it or not I also have an unstamped 14 block, you made me go out to check the cast date (7-24-14) on my block. Regardless of whether or not a replacement block was made it would have been made for a car older than the block. Therefore, a '14 or '15 replacement block would be as acceptable as new paint, upholstery, or more modern accessories in an earlier car say even an 11 02 12.

Here's a link to Fastenal's Blue Lane Freight branch with the map layed out with their boundaries. It's a bit tough to
sort out exactly as sadly they don't but it gives a pretty good idea!

Have a cast date of 10/27/13. Came out of a running driving car. Sheared a couple of bolts, pictures of what I dug out! Still runs and hear no noises. Needs to be pulled apart. Has a starter on it. Have another hogs head if you don't want the starter, and a low head to go with.
