I believe that I have seen a water pump that is in between the upper hose to the cylinder head for a Model T. This is a speciality build and it will need a water pump. The standard location for it is out as there is no more room on that side of the engine. 
It is driven from the fan belt and I thought I found one at Hershey but it's not correct.

Hope you don’t need much of a “pump”, the Nims type pumps are almost novelty.  How are you getting water into the block…?  If you have room for the original water pipe and inlet, there are several pumps where the pump housing is at the front, rather than the typical Texas T style at the water inlet passage.
