Melba,
I am not an expert on every panel of every body style of Model T (and A's for that matter) but I do not recognize that part.
My mind says it is for a newer car.
To help identify it use pictures with a tape measure, ruler, or yard stick in them helps give everyone a size reference.
I am sure that someone out there needs it, just not me.

This item shows to be in good condition and might be a front grille air deflector center plate from a 1937 Ford .... and a very good deal compared to this ebay listing:
