Vehicles for sale issue

I can get on the parts for sale forum and there is a button for "new topic" so I can post parts for sale. But when I go to the vehicles for sale there is no way to post. What am I not understanding or doing wrong?

You need to be a MTFCA mebmer in good standing to post if you are, your profile doesn’t show it. Update your profile with the MTFCA Number so we can check.
