MTFCA membership application
Not sure if this is the right category, but I submitted a membership application last week, and wanted to know if I'm supposed to get a confirmation email or something? I did get a confirmation from paypal that payment has been submitted...

Re: MTFCA membership application
I joined last fall, I think I just got my magazine a couple weeks later... don't rightly remember....
Sent from the panic room, via two tin cans attached with a string, and a jail broken Marconi, while wearing a Tin Foil hat.

Ok, thanks, in that case everything will be ok I suppose.
I've just become so used to receiving confirmation mails from everyone for everything these days that it makes me nervous when I don't get one

I renewed last week, and the only acknowledgement I got was from PayPal. If you’re concerned your application didn’t go through, call the MTFCA Office at (765) 373-3106.

Re: MTFCA membership application
maybe it's a model t thing...
I recently purchased from a well known model t vendor...
after a few days I called them to ask if they received my order, they mentioned they were making the part I ordered, and hadn't charged me and won't until its ready to ship after the paint dries... I'm not even sure I'll get a confirmation email when it ships...
I believe there is another vendor that only has a real life printed paper catalogue.... simpler times...

Keep in mind, the clubs and suppliers are largely run by volunteers, individuals, fellow hobbyists, and volunteers. This ain't "big business".
