I don't have any of those, I have only seen one and it was on a Automobile Company of America Gasmobile Runabout. Hope you can find one.

They are commonly used on John Deere 2 cylinder tractors.

I have that style in 1/4" or 1/8" and others, I sent 2 emails no reply. So maybe you found them already ?
