Fixing to scrap some frames

Are the frames still good to use for a restoration build, speedster, or they mostly bent and just good for the crossmembers?   I have some good straight frames I’ve saved over time but haven’t scrapped them.  I’ve always tried to save my good usable parts and have wondered what to do  with a lot of them.  I’ve been selling some as time goes along and may sell more.
I guess lots of us have to decide sometime what to do with the excess.
