Depending on where you are and who you deal with, this would be a pretty good deal for an offset tank, assuming what you see in the picture is actually what you get. Over here they won't touch em. Some places I guess still do.

The other thing would be if it has a gauge on the bottom or not. Don't think those are refillable.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!
