I had a '25 Tudor - I know not exactly the same BUT there was a small set screw in the door jam in line with the lock cylinder.

Thanks gentlemen. Unfortunately my door does not have a set screw in it. It may have been altered at some point and the hole was finished over, I don't know. Strange.

MIght go exploring...see if it was just covered with "bondo"? use a small diamter magnet, see if it sticks well to where the hole should be. If not, start drilling.

The lock on my 24 Coupe is almost identical to the later lock as shown in Squirrels pic.
Fortunately mine came out fairly easy.
You might try to remove the 2 screws as shown in the pic and then take off the door handle. It’s held on by two screws on the outside side of the door.
After the handle is out and the 2 screws are removed from the inside of the door take a long handled screwdriver, put it in the door handle hole and try to move the lock in the door.
With the screws out it should move around some. Depress the latch and spray some WD 40 inside to maybe help loosen the set screw. And maybe you can try to turn the set screw if the lock can be positioned enough to get the head of the screw out of the hole. Maybe.
If not enlarge the hole enough to get some pliers or something to start turning the screw.
Good luck with whatever you do!
