In the front left the first car looks like a 26-27. The rear compartment is different but it has a door on the driver's side. If it is a T, the earliest date for the picture would be 1926. I am not completely sure it is a T.

From the direction of the shadows, I'm guessing this view is looking north on State Street. Of course, everything is different now.
