It must have been repaired by a bridge builder!

That is the place they often brake. By making it so rigid there is it likely to crack at either end of the fix?

I will bet that the guy who did that job saw more early '09 "T"s manufactured thusly, than any dozen of us put together. And I'll bet that isn't the only frame he did this to, either.
