The model S followed the H1 of the 1912 models. It was not a long running design. The vertical shaft on the choke butterfly was soon replaced with the usual horizontal shaft. I have a nickel plated model S in my stash.

Thank you for the information. This was installed in my '14 Metz Roadster. Took it off for cleaning and float replacement.

They used it in 1913 and 1914. The cork float and float valve have given me problems.
