Never a dull moment. Felt a little vibration, then bang! Blew a rear truck tire outside Chicago on I-80 at 70 mph. Had a hell of a time getting the spare down.

Stopped on IN/MI line for what’s left of the night/morning.

Man, I wish I was with you. My Uncle and I took a 6 hour trip down to Southern Illinois to pick up an ultralight on a 22 foot trailer. It was fun, I can imagine the fun you are having. (Sorry, I'm not trying to ruin the form topic.) Hope you are having fun (besides the blown tire). That pancake machine is neat!

The pancake is a modern adaption of Henry's assembly line. He had an impact on food services, too. Maybe you will run in to Steve Jelf at this rate.
