Is this Lug wrench on eBay correct?

I saw this lug wrench listed on ebay as T2839-R.

Is this correct? All the Lug wrenches I have seen before have had a T handle.

I would say that somebody has done a lot of modification there. Kind of a shame if that part number is indeed for the correct wrench. Maybe it can be restored back to being correct??

All the Lug wrenches I have seen before have had a T handle
and this one did, too!

That’s a homemade modification done to it. The handle end wouldn’t have been welded together.
