26/27 Wood Spoke Wheels: Fit other years?

Post by Tom Dove Jr » Tue Jan 03, 2023 7:43 pm

Honestly been trying to find my own answer and maybe overlooked the obvious.

Will the 26/27 Wood Spoke Wheels fit on the 25T directly?

Yes but if they have the big drums and your rearend is small drum, you will have to change the brake drums. If you do that, buy new hub bolts/nuts. The thread normally pulls when you take off the nuts and end of bolt will need to be peened after nuts are tightened. 21 inch wheels would have been an option for 1925.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!
