We’re getting there…..

WOW! Great video of a great car Rob! Your efforts are much appreciated! Ref the powerful music,....you've almost made a liar out of Abraham Lincoln! His famous quote about,..."you can please some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of the time, but you can't please all of the people all of the time,.....
Some that read this won't understand my Abraham Lincoln reference, but I know you will Rob,....absolutely love the sound of engines, especially old Ford engines, especially THAT ONE! Something in THAT video for everyone Rob,.....thanks again for your thoughtful efforts,....harold

Leonard,
That’s a great idea. If I have reason to bring the trailer, I will. Otherwise, the cost is driving the Prius is hard to pass up.
Dave,
you don’t read Morse Code? We all do….

Wagner's music is much better than it sounds. ~ Mark Twain
So after this one is done, what next? How about a 999, where the mechanic rides on top of the engine and controls the throttle? Suppose Dean would be up for that?

The inevitable often happens.

Thanks' Rob,
Love the car and the video and the music. Wagner is one of my favorites. Pronounced Vaagner the ride of the Valkyries is now
most often associated with the opening seen of Apocalypse Now and a Loony Toons Buggs Bunny cartoon where Elmer Fudd sings
to the accompanying music with Kill The Wabbit. May I suggest for the next video the William Tell Overture.
Craig.

Wow,I like it!
If I were in my youth,I would build a "replica" of the 999,that is 1 of the most fascinating cars I have ever saw. Fast with a wood frame

" May I suggest for the next video the William Tell Overture."
All four parts mind you! The dawn, the storm, the calm, and of course the finale that everybody knows best! Each edited to appropriate work leading up to the finale with the front of the car being seen in the distance, roaring past at a high rate of speed, followed by riding in the car with the camera focused for about a minute on a front wheel, then a broader view riding in the car!
I can see it already!

Rob didn't really turn the music off half way through the video; he just switched off the Wagner music so you could hear the Ford & Yoder music !

Good points guys. William Tell Overture it is next time.
Mack, I wish we could see the six cylinder racer put through it's paces. Like the largest of the 1910-1912 Ford Special racers, it sits off site at THF. I've looked at it closely, and it's a monster, and I can only imagine the sound, and impression it would have made thundering down the track. An 1100 cubic inch fire breathing monster.

Seems to be running great, Rob. Wish I had known you were there on Wednesday. I was in the neighborhood and could have easily stopped in to view first hand. Maybe another time.
