It may be a bracket for some type of wall mounted light fixture. It's a very nice one, whatever it is. I would not scrap that.

I believe it's a headlight bracket. I just can't place which manufacturer. I wanna' say like 1922 Studebaker... Does anyone else wanna' say Studebaker too?
