Post by Stephen1915 » Tue Feb 21, 2023 12:24 pm

I have a fully restored model a Ford transmission, done using all NOS Ford parts. Has less than 200 miles on it. Was used while waiting for a Mitchell synchronized transmission. Rebuilt tower, and restored and replated shifter.

$1000 obo

Call, Text, or email for information.

Can ship.

How do you like the Mitchell? I love mine. Makes shifting a breeze. No more grinding and double clutching.

They are nice, but the gear hardness is not the same as the Ford Made gears. Have noticed delamination and growling in transmissions that have around 10,000 miles . Luckily Mitchell has excellent customer service. You kind of miss the stock A transmission and it’s demands!
