Hi, the question to ask is more about the capacitor... Most of the time is impossible to replace them on plastic coils instead of wood coils. For that reason I prefer wood coils. To know if the capacitor is good, better to use Mike Kossor ECCT machine. Plastic coils are also good when the capacitor working well. Submited respectly in the goal to informe as well and not hacking the sales. kind regards,

Hi, the question to ask is more about the capacitor... Most of the time is impossible to replace them on plastic coils

This is advice from someone with VERY LITTLE or NO EXPERIENCE in the matter. It would be nice if people would refrain from entertaining themselves by adding their two cents worth to classified ads.

Adam , I would said you are not very please with your comments. Just for your information a rebuilded over 100 coils and I would said 99% of my customers were really please with it. Also on my chapter, I readjusting at no charge all coils every years to all members. Probably 100 coils is not enough to be EXPERIENCED as you said... I'm just trying to help with gentle advices. For Plastic coils some of them are really hard to open without craking the body unit. Best regards and wish you an happy day

P.S. I just had 20 years experiences in Model T hobby and I gave a lot free time to help other enthusiast guys to make their car better.
