Wanted Magnet charger and magneto test bench

Post by Junk poor » Mon Mar 06, 2023 4:46 pm

Looking for a magnet charger and a magneto test bench. Not interested in homemade. Prefer something like Weidenhoff, Bosch, or Allen units. Just thought I’d throw this out there and see what may be gathering dust in someone’s shop.

The magneto bench tester, what exactly are you looking for? or do you mean coil tester?

The only test on the magnets outside of being installed and setup would be for magnetic strength using a gauss meter or lifting anything over 2LBs. As long as those are good and the mag coils are in new condition and proper gap is set, you should be good to go.
I know the voices aren't real but damn they have some good ideas!

Here’s a picture of a magneto test stand for reference. Not mine just a photo I repurposed from the web. For educational use.
