Late Wednesday Jelf update

Post by George N Lake Ozark » Wed Sep 20, 2023 11:39 pm

๐Ÿ›ž๐Ÿ›ž๐Ÿ›ž๐Ÿ›ž๐Ÿ›ž๐Ÿ›ž๐Ÿ›ž๐Ÿ›ž Update on Steve Jelf ๐Ÿ›ž๐Ÿ›ž๐Ÿ›ž๐Ÿ›ž๐Ÿ›ž๐Ÿ›ž๐Ÿ›ž๐Ÿ›ž
Seems as though Steve's plateaued today. Nurse said there was nothing remarkable/different about his faculties today.
She did ask me what he was like before the accident. I told her he was very fit for his age and sharp as a tack, mentally.
She said she suspected that he's a very intelligent, given some of the things he does talk about. I emphatically verified that.
But other than that, same-same today. Sorry for the late update.
Cheers <3

I'm sure there are many of us who are hoping daily for good news. It's a great kindness that those of you who are close enough to visit and check on him to give us updates.

Thank you for the update. It is important to all of us on the fourm to know how Steve is doing, even if we don't know him personally.
Just a 20 year old who listens to 40 year old music, works on 75 year old airplanes and drives 100 year old cars.
The past is only simple because hindsight is 20/20.

We all wish Steve a rapid and successful recovery to his old self. I believe most everyone has met Steve at one time or other or even had pictures with him, as I have many years ago in Bakersfield.
Any information on the accident? Who was at fault and what will happen to his beautiful roadster.
Just a concerned model T-er!

It will a good while before any insurance claims, police reports, or going through lawyers about who was at fault will be settled. We must remember to be patient about Steveโ€™s situation and recovery time. Injuries can take years to be settled and I hope it doesnโ€™t in Steveโ€™s situation.

If you read all the comments in the thread: "Steve Jelf in a bad accident" you will find a description of what is believed to be the cause of the accident as well as a description of the condition of Steve's car.
