Sold pending payment, Smith Model A air compressor

I have a Gordon Smith Model A air compressor conversion for sale. It is a Smith "factory unit" and not a kit. It has the "Smith compressing head" that allows the engine to run on 2 cylinders and compress air with the other 2. If you have any model T painted style gas tanks made in the 70s to late 90s, they were probably sand blasted with this compressor by the man who made all our repro tanks for many years. It was replaced by a more modern compressor and put in storage till I bought it several years ago. It is basically complete. Its missing the muffler, plug wires, carburetor (someone stole it) and a few small linkages to the carb. The engine turns over. I have included an old Model A carb to use as a core or rebuild. The unit needs full restoration but is a nice solid rare Smith factory-made unit to start with. I'll take 1500.00 for it. I can also deliver it to the Chickasha pre-war swap meet in March 2024 if needed. There is a Smith Compressor club dedicated to restoring and preserving these old compressors.
