I am as guilty of it as anyone, but I find it sad that our collective level of
amusement has become so fever-pitched. To think of a whole town turning
out to watch a car go by and a guy walking along playing a violin .... and
this was a big deal, worthy of hurrying through your chores, getting dressed
up all fancy, and getting your tukas into town to be a part of !
