I just want to update everyone on my experience ordering tires & tubes from Blockley. I went to their website and placed an order for 2 tires and tubes, got a shipping quote and proceeded to use a new Pay Pal account for payment. What a nightmare, it wouldn’t let me change the shipping address, then blocked my credit card after multiple attempts get all information correct. Finally I decided to deal with Blockley directly, I contacted my phone company and purchased a 30 window for international calls ( $ 15.00 ) called them directly after a 4 minute conversation and giving them my credit card number over the phone, then process was done and with in a few minutes a shipping confirmation from UPS . I split the order in two shipments, and in 3day products were on my doorstep. No fuss- no muss.

Your issue had to be with Paypal. I did the same thing you did except I bypassed Paypal. No problems. Sorry to hear you had an issue.

Sorry to hear of your P.P. mess but got it going the other way. Seems of late, many banks especially, and quite possibly even PayPal are "shutting people down", closing accounts randomly for little reason, their "fraud algorithms" seem to be so strong and indescretionary they are screwing over a lot of people. Chances are since you tried to "change shipping" that threw up P.P's. red flag, it's quite possible you'll never be able to use them again, sorry to say. Thanks to all the scumbag scammers and fraudsters in this world whom are getting worse and smarter, it's really getting to be ridiculous.

Re: Blockley Tire Info
My experiences with PP are equally frustrating - when we moved here, it was no problem, then for a short while I couldn't use them... then once I got that straightened out, I went to pay my PP credit account, and they wanted to send my phone a message or call my number on record to access my account... problem is, we moved to italy and our phone number is now an Italian one... so I went to change it to my current number... NO!!! They would NOt accept my Italian number, no matter what. I called them, spoke to a nice representative in timbuktu, and they said "Oh, you have to have an Italian PP account". I said I just want to pay my bill, nope, can't help you.... I said, gee, I have a few thousand in credit charges, ai would think you would want me to pay that... Nope, sorry, can't help you...
I ended up contacting Synchrony Bank (who is their credit issuers) and got access that way, started making payments directly, and then 2 months later, PP decided they could verify me by my email. At least for now. I can't wait to see what will happen next, but I do have access to my US PP account, I refuse to open a second one as this has been so frustrating, I couldn't wait to see how they would screw up 2 accounts. Plus, then, I don't have access to the vendors in the states I use PP for, because, well... it's not an american account.
Honestly - it's just one more "modern convenience" that is definitely NOT convenient.
