Rain forcast for all week

Post by ironhorse » Wed Sep 04, 2024 8:22 am

We got over 5"of rain last night, I say over 5" because my rain gauge only holds 5" and it is overflowing. Rain stopped for a few minutes so I went to the garage to check the herd everything is high and dry so that's a good thing. decided that my feet were going to get wet anyway so I walked out there bare foot. the neighbors pond is overflowing into my yard again and I was sinking 2 " into the mud, should I take the "T" out to show everyone it is an all weather car or give her the week off?
Do it right or do it over, your choice. Drive like everyone is out to get you!

If you've ever watched much of David Letterman, you may recall a recurring segment of his show entitled, "Will it Float?" The thought of taking your T out during these rains reminds me of those episodes...
