FS BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY

Post by Mark Chaffin » Wed Feb 05, 2025 11:12 pm

Having many irons in the fire and dealing with a few lifestyle altering events (priorities only), I have decided to offer up the RAJO cylinder head business to someone eager to support the hobby and make a modest profit along the way.

Before COVID, I started making another run of 30 cylinder head kits as well as sourcing parts. As of this date, we have enough castings to make 30 plus cylinder head kits. This includes cylinder heads, manifolds, valve covers and block off plates. We also have many new parts to make 100 plus rocker assemblies. 1,000 plus rocker arms, bushings, adjustments bolts and springs. Valve guides, hardware kits, pushrod sets, exhaust header plates, pushrod cup sets, head gaskets and all other gaskets as well. The list of new manufactured parts goes on and on.

Also included are the patterns, CNC tooling fixtures, programming and all related technical drawings. Even the RAJO trademark! All the hard work has been done.

If the prospect of owning this business is of interest to you, give me a call to discuss further.

Out of curiosity, what kind of CNC machine would be needed for this? Are we taking a Haas 5 axis or will something smaller work?

Thanks Mark - might have to do some research on this.

Just to be sure, these are the same heads as mentioned in this thread? http://www.mtfca.com/discus/messages/29/12413.html
