Your vulnerable to scammers because you posted a picture of you email address. Forum members don't need it, they can email you via the Forum. PM's (Private Message) aren't always good because the recipient needs to logged on and see the red alert next to Private Messages Icon in the above menu.
So for security sake, getting an email through the forum is best.
