It is with great sadness that I report that Geoff King, EFR Member and Newsletter Editor passed away on Wednesday 19th March with his family around him.
Geoff was a friend to many of us and was a popular member of the EFR. The quality of his newsletters and his friendly, helpful manner will be sorely missed.
His daughter Emma is a Director of the EFR and shared her fathers passion for his ancient Fords.
Our thoughts are with his wife Lisa and daughters Mary and Emma at this time.

John,
I am absolutely shocked to read this! What a nice guy he was... That may seem a bit trite, but in the final accounting I can think of no higher compliment to one's character. May he rest in peace...

I am saddened to hear this news.
Geoff and I corresponded on the newsletter articles when I was vice-president. I always found him to be complimentary and enjoyed his work on the newsletter. I thought he was a wonderful person.

I am shocked at our loss.
Geoff was a wonderful fellow to take over the Newsletter work sometime after I retired.
He was eager to learn and did a bang-up job from the get go.
God Bless his soul and be with the family.
