I found someone selling a few tire saver, Jacks.
My question is, do they really work and what would be a good price, per unit?

Yes, they really work.

Years ago, you couldn't give them away.

Today, there is some demand.

In my opinion, $200 would be a reasonable price for a matched set of four of the style shown in your photo.
