Number 9 looks like an early T but the steering is on opposite side and has different front springs. What is it?

Fully elliptic springs on all 4 corners too…..# 5 really intrigued me. 1914 torpedo ??.. couldn’t be. Electric lights, steel windshield frame w/ brass supports and what’s going on with rear fender aprons ? It's a Model S, with accessory elliptic springs.
