Number 9 looks like an early T but the steering is on opposite side and has different front springs. What is it?

:D Fully elliptic springs on all 4 corners too…..# 5 really intrigued me. 1914 torpedo ??.. couldn’t be. Electric lights, steel windshield frame w/ brass supports and what’s going on with rear fender aprons ? Thanks for the puzzlement Tom

It's a Model S, with accessory elliptic springs. Also, some odd brace across the front of the radiator, probably to give extra support to the front frame cross member, which is notoriously weak and probably unfit for the added load that the accessory spring arrangement places upon it.

Ah, the ole bridge near Montesano, Washington. That's where I grew up and graduated from high school.

Elliptical spring conversion https://www.mtfca.com/discus/messages/5 ... 1454409893
And the T also had accessory elliptical front spring set for those who want the buggy bounce :D
