I found a coil box at an antique store and took the attached photos. My question is this, would this be used in a Model T? The coils look nothing like the ones I have in my T.

This Kingston box and coils would have been used originally in a 1912 T.

As said before, your coil box was used in the early model T's.
The coils in the box are all missing the points and are all bridged with a wire.
To make the ignion work, you need to add a master coil to the ignition loop.
Those early coils were (and still are) hard to adjust correctly.
The use of a mastercoil makes the ignition timing even for all four coils.
I will try to find some photo's of the set up of the ignition of my 1922 woody with a master coil that I run this way since 2012.
The master coil is K&W and the coils are usual Ford coil with the bridge on the points.
I made this setup only to try to understand the working and the use of the master coil.
In 2012 some one give me the advice to take a set of regular coils in the car because the master coil will break down. Now 8 years and a few thousand miles later it is still working. The spare coils are still in the car but they helped others to finish the drives on four cilinders.

Those coils look like the Kingston coils used in 1909-10 model T
