NOS Tappet Guide?

Post by Dan Hatch » Mon Aug 24, 2020 2:33 pm

Guys: Have not looked this up in old parts book, but is this a replacement guide for open valve engine? My 2 open valve engines look to have bronze guides, but they may have been changed.
Or these just replacements for all T engines. I am sure there must be something in the Ford Service Bulletins about them if so , but mine are buried under stuff.
Anyone know for sure? Thanks Dan

While I have seen these listed for sale as open valve lifter guides, I have only ever seen bronze guides in open valve engines.
