Nice article, Steve. I have come to like the DG pages a lot.

Just one typo: ...magneto terminal on the coil cox and is the only...

Interesting page and topic. No discussion of LED's? Mine seem to work well. I did not have to modify anything they are 6 volts.

You're using them in mag lights?

Bob, it's called E6000. I haven't tested yet to be sure it works.

I wonder how Crazy Glue would work for tightening the loose tops to the base?

I haven't tried it, but it might work. I would try the glue I bought at Hershey last year if I could find where I put it. :)

YES KRAZY GLUE WORKS, I BOUGHT A SPRITZER KICKER THAT SETS THE GLUE INSTANTLY, I HAVE A OLD BOX OF MAZDA 9 VOLT BULBS AND HAD THAT PROBLEM WITH ONE , NOT WANTING TO SCRAP A BULB THAT STILL WORKED THAT WAS MY FIX, , I'M USING A 9 VOLT BATTERY IN MY 'T' AND MY LIGHTS ARE GREAT.
