Susan's Last day

Post by MrTwT1915 » Fri Dec 18, 2020 6:43 am

Susan Yeager - It’s your last day (officially) at the MTFCA & Model T museum, but I somehow think you will be around for many years.

For me & my crew from the Indy500 Chapter, along with Jerry Kramer, Mark Atkins & others from the Henry Hoosiers, I cannot put into words how we have enjoyed our times with you at the Museum working on projects to enhance & improve the visitor experience. You have motivated us all.

As you will remember I have said many times, if a visitor comes back a second time & there has been no change then it’s unlikely, they will return a third time, that’s why we must continue to make changes & improve the visitor experience. Oh, and by the way… just tell the man where you need it!!

This is an end to an era & one to be remembered & be grateful for. You are leaving the MTFCA and handing over the reins to another that you & the BOD have chosen. I am sure that person will continue in the way you leave it. We all will support Rachel Hughes in her quest to continue the motivation & high standards that you have created over the last five years.
Enjoy your retirement years! You have earned it! I hope next year you get a chance to visit with your son in the UK.
