So I ordered from Lang's

Post by Mopar_man » Mon Dec 21, 2020 11:36 am

I had to order a fuel line and fittings so I could attach it to my original sediment bulb and the new style shutoff valve at the Carb, I bought from Lang's a while back. Well the 90 degree elbow I also bought didn't fit the nut for the end of the line. I called and Steve looked up my order and we determined that the wrong elbow may have been mixed up on their shelf with the correct ones. Not only did he take the time to figure out what was wrong but he will send me the correct part free. I know it doesn't cost much but it's nice to see vendors making things right. I always get my T parts from Lang's and I will continue to do so. Thanks Steve and thanks Don for the great business model!!

Now on to bend the perfect reverse question mark for my 26.

Lang's has always given me excellent service and advice. I talked with Steve several about technical details. He even went the into his inventory to make some measurements for me.

I have bought T parts from Lang's since we got our T in 2016 and have had great service. I wish they sold Model A and Studebaker parts! :D

This is why I go out of my way to shop with small, privately owned businesses. They tend to behaive this way.

I've had nothing but excellent experiences with the Lang business/family.

That describes most of the Model T parts dealers. I don't buy a lot, but I spread my few purchases around to support them all. I agree Lang's is one of the best. Always accommodating and prompt.
