What is it # 2???

Here number 2 I am not sure of. It is 3.5 OD, 2 and 1/8” ID, about 9/16” thick. The number TT 1040 is a guess.

This has straight sides, and the 1040 in the parts book is flanged. To me it looks more like 1017, but this one doesn't have the notch.
