A few is this for a T parts

Post by Mopar_man » Sat Aug 21, 2021 6:23 pm

Like most my 26/7 Touring came with a few parts and I wanted to see if these were for my T or another T.
I'll letter them:

A is some sort of carb I don't think it's T related. Looks more lawnmower related. No name on it.

B is a piece of sheet mettle

C is from a dash. But what kind?

A looks like a oil pump, not T. B ? and C is a splash tray that fits on the manifold side off a T.

That oil pump looks like the one that was on the 56 Ford I use have. Or pretty close to it.

Now I see that A is a splash shield. I should have known that. Oil pump? That may make sense. Any takers on the long curled piece of sheet metal?

I'm pretty sure that's a Y Block Ford V8 oil pump. It may be a Sealed Power replacement unit. (SP)
