1911-1912 (before MADE IN USA).

Nope.
Similar though.
I believe that is a Canadian hubcap.
Before they added "Made in Canada, eh?"

I go along with the Canadian origin. Just today, I picked up 5 caps I had de-nickel plated ready for polishing and replating. Three have the same inverted V, one has the letter F while the fifth is plain. The base line under the ford script on the plain is almost half way up the end face. I rejected some others in my stash with different letters under the script and Made in Canada, as I did not have a full set of good ones.
