Cheesy productions: headlight "repair"
I have two poor condition headlight buckets. Both have lots of rust. One is like swiss cheese. So until I can replace them (Hershey?), I thought I'd do a "repair" just to get something working. Sorta like what they "might" have done waaay back in the day. I took the center piece out of one bucket and JB welded it to the other one. Not great looking, but until I can get to replace it, it works for me.... for now.

If that’s an early 26, I think I have a complete one here ( single) in pretty good shape. Tmorsher@icloud.com And yes, anything with JB weld is cheesy and temporary, at best. jMHO

That bucket needs to conduct electricity, you may need to run a ground wire to the focus screw.

Thanks for showing that. There all all kinds of alternatives to repairing things and I believe it is good to see all of them and the do what suits our needs.

Nice coat of paint and you would never notice it 
But as said only temporary, it wouldn't last another 100 years. 
Now if you put some flex seal on it
