How am I supposed to attach these firewall brackets? I assume they don’t match my firewall pattern

I apologize I tried to post the picture about seven times and gave up, I found out they’re brass era firewall brackets and I’m supposed to have the newer style, I just used what I had.my frame is a lot older than I thought it is.
