Left at 9 AM on Fri. About 1/4 left Thur, about 1/2 still there, shoppers were about too. Don't think all left at noon, impossible, but likely by 5 pm.

I left Friday at 2:30, still a few vendors in the Chocolate field, quite a few in the Green / Orange fields. The guys I was there with got an OK to spend the night with their 2 motorhomes. By Saturday morning they said pretty much everybody was gone.

If you didnt experience it, then it likely didn't happen. I sat at our spaces in the Chocolate field until about 2pm before we packed up. If you want answers and the truth, contact the Hershey Region directly. Do not be part of those who are spreading un substantiated rumors.
