Here are two videos we just made in France.

The first is made by my son Hugo and concerns an attempt to drive a Ford model T using ethanol.

The second is made by a young YouTube influencer trying to drive my Ford T for the first time. It was not easy for him, but he succeeded. Now he is convinced that the Model T is an extraordinary car.

Olivier nice model Ts and I enjoyed the videos especially the 2nd one. I think Hugo tried his best to convince the YouTube influencer driving, that 30 weight non detergent oil was the best choice but the influencer was convinced 20 weight synthetic would be better though 30 weight was ok. Just joking, I wish there was a way to have translation on YouTube like is offered on script. It must be wonderful to have your son so involved in the hobby & representing the T model world community so well. Best John

One of my young colleagues is from Lille France and he had never owned a car. He only used public transportation. He moved to the US last year and now he's on the hunt for an old Ford F100 as a weekend project and driver. He's hooked on the old American iron. He was surprised by my answer to this question. "What days will he be allowed to drive his old truck?" Back in France, the days are limited when old cars can be on the road.

no, no limitations where I am. traffic restrictions are only valid in major cities, but collections over 30 years old are not affected by these bans.
