Re: It's a Ford -Postcard
It's clear that the Ford is being used to push the recalcitrant cows down the icy roadway, perhaps to a public milking parlor or some sort of livestock exposition. The fuel economy is excellent, since on the return trip, heading back toward the barn, the cows will actually pull the car as they eagerly head for the warm barn.

I wouldn’t try to milk those “cows” Pat.... Their testicles may get in the way and horns may do you some damage.

This is noted as Nokomis, Saskatchewan, May 28, 1912. Apparently not unusual occurrence.
And
When did I do that?

Those are a couple of the biggest "cattle" I think I have ever seen! Frankly, I am not sure they were really that big. Zooming in and looking close it does look like real photo.

Look like Angus-Moose cross ... Outlawed in the early 1970s by Canadian authorities due to excess methane emissions.

Re: It's a Ford -Postcard
Looks like they were using it as a wagon to me. Who would pile up a crate in the back seat on the upholstery like that? Is the lens missing from the headlight?
