The restoration of my Touring 1926 is a big challenge. I'm from Switzerland and unfortunately I haven't found anyone here or in the surrounding countries who can cast the Babbitt main bearings.
I could imagine learning this job myself. Therefore my question:
Does anyone out there have a used linebor unit and possibly molds that they no longer use and would sell.
A new setup is a little pricey as I may not need the tool much.
If you can find anything, I'll be very grateful.
greetings from Switzerland
