I agree, but there were errors of omission and one "fact" mentioned by Jay is controversial. There is one story that mentions that black was selected because it was the fastest drying color. This is most likely not the reason for black. There were something like 30 different coatings used on a model T depending on what part was being painted. You would not use the same paint on a frame rail that was located near the exhaust pipe, as you would on a rear door. I fall into the camp that believes that it was a simple matter of cost: it costs less to buy a huge amount of paint of a single color then it does to buy smaller volumes of several colors. BTW: back was not even an option on the brass-era Model T cars (you could get a truck in black, though). The "improved car" Model T (1925-6) were also not available in solid black either. My '27 is green with black fenders and appears to always have been that color combination (although like the car in the video it has been repainted but never restored).
I also agree with the poster who thought that the music was annoying.
