I am looking for 2 Hayes Rear Spoke Rims, with small brake drums, that are demountable to buy.
The rim should accommodate a 30 x 3 1/2 inch tire.

Rims with small brake drums…? Is it safe to assume that you are looking for Hayes demountable wire wheels? Best to specify also if you are looking for 23” clincher or 21” rim diameter.
If you find some, take a close look at the keyways in the hubs as they are known to wallow out

The flogged out keyways Kevin mentioned are common on Hayes wire spoked wheels. I have a way to correct this I can share, but it does involve removing the hub from the wheel. Finding hubs is a bonus. Having good brake drums is another bonus, so it may well be worthwhile to strip and re-spoke a wheel.
