Speedster and Little girl with bare feet.
I found this photo today. "The little girl, bare toes sticking out of the car, is Margaret “Peg” Drinkwater Miller. Her older brother Harold is at the wheel at their family’s farm on Vancycle Road." It's always a treat to see for real Speedsters from back in the day.

Look at the bow in the brake rod! And what windshield frame is that?

Wonder what kind of disc wheels these are. Doesn’t look like Chev wheels. Must be aftermarket that were available in this time period.

The wheels are probably wooden with the covers that were sold to make them look like discs.
Doesn’t look like a high dollar rig, covers were pretty cheap.

I’m with Andy on the wheel covers. Solid disk wheels must have shape to have strength, these are flat. While lookin to see if I could see wood spokes on the inside of the far rear wheel… it sure appears like this car has Laurel style rear lowering

Re: Speedster and Little girl with bare feet.
My guess is that they're wood wheels with lightweight airplane style sheet metal covers. The radial streaked look may be due to dirt and grease.
