Headlights to big for Model T Price Lowered

Post by Craig Leach » Wed Apr 12, 2023 11:14 pm

These are large for a T and I was very disappointed. They look like Cadillac but have no MFG. on them. The forks & lights are large they have 1916 patent # for Mc Beth with green shaded lenses ( one has a chip but is not noticeable) These should be worth a lot I will take $350 Now $325+ shipping for them. email or call 6zero2- 7six9-zero25sevan There is one of these lenses on Ebay for $159

Cadillac used Gray & Davis lamps which these are not. A close look at the knobs that hold the doors shut will probably show the manufacturer as Solar.
This style lamp was called French style. These are the Solar interpretation whereas Cadillac used Gray & Davis French style. Where the mounting brackets attach is the give away. The body of these is straight while Cadillac has a body that tapers.
The lenses are later replacement accessories.
