Ashley Lang's "retirement"
I wanted to post a note on here, just so people know. Today is my last official day at Lang's Old Car parts. I am still a Lang and always will be, I have my Model T and will be around. I have been lucky enough to have the opportunity to do a lot more traveling and spending time with my young boys and I am taking advantage of that. I started working with Patty Lang the summer of 2004 right after I met her son Jimmy during college. I started helping in the office full time after college and have been there in some capacity ever since. I have raised both my boys in this office, worked with my husband for a lot of those years. Went on so many great Model T tours, hosted and run so many wonderful BBQ and tour events here. I have loved working with the customers, the vendors, the manufacturers in this hobby. So thank you for making this an wonderful experience. This is a great hobby that I am very happy to be a part of.

Congratulations on your retirement. Working and raising a family is a full time job, multiplied times two, and you deserve to be able to be a full time Mom, without the worries of another job.

Ashley is an unfailingly helpful and pleasant person. I always enjoyed talking with her on the 'phone. She will be missed by those of us with the affliction.

Good for you Ashley. It was always a pleasure dealing with you as well as Don and Steve, and actually everyone associated with your great business. Honest, fair, and knowledgeable, and it doesn't get any better than that. You should be proud and we should be thankful for your contribution to our great hobby.

Congratulations on your retirement from the family bizness. I’ve enjoyed being the recipient of your phone professionalism over the years. You’ll do well with your next chapter…

Congratulations Ashley. As you are the mother of two Lang boys, I have no doubt you will continue to remain intimate with the business when you start ferrying them to work someday.
Enjoy your retirement.
